Gotcha Gotcha Games is grateful to loyal fans who want to create derivative contents of our titles, and we encourage their creative activities.
As long as you follow some basic guidelines, you can use gameplay footage, screenshot, character, story and music of our titles for your creative contents.
Please note these guidelines only apply to intellectual property owned by Gotcha Gotcha Games. For anything related to content owned by third parties, you must check with the proper rights holders.

• * You can upload your game footage and screenshots of our titles to SNS or video platforms.
• * If you want to use game production materials included in “RPG Maker Series”, please read “User License Agreement” within individual help files.
• * If you want to use the intellectual property of a third party, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary third-party permissions.
• * If the screen can be shared by the function of the game console or online game platform such as steam, you can distribute it through that function. However if this is not the case, we expect you to make your own contents from our titles. Please stop distributing just a copy of the game screen without your own creative input or commentary.
• * When uploading your contents, please include the copyright information of our titles as much as possible in title or summary of your contents.
• * After the release date of our titles, you can upload your contents. Before the release date, you can use officially published contents from Gotcha Gotcha Games.
• * Spoilers can ruin a fan’s experience. Please be respectful of others and do not deliberately push plot reveals on people who are actively avoiding learning about them; otherwise please offer spoiler disclaimers as a courtesy. Gotcha Gotcha Games reserves the right to take down content that is found to be inappropriate or objectionable, at our discretion.
• * You are not permitted to imply or state that your contents are officially affiliated with or sponsored by Gotcha Gotcha Games or our related parties, contrary to the fact.
• * Do not make inappropriate content, or upload your contents to inappropriate platforms.
• * Do not make contents related to religious, political or antisocial activities, or upload your contents to these platforms.
• * Do not post anything that puts other fans down.
• * You are not permitted to spread information about cheating or cracking our softwares.
• * Do not redistribute posted content, whether it's official or posted by other fans, regardless of whether it's paid or free!
• * When Gotcha Gotcha Games ask you to delete your contents, please remove it immediately.
• * Gotcha Gotcha Games reserve the right to remove your content without notice if we deem it inappropriate.
• * Gotcha Gotcha Games makes no guarantee whatsoever that the content posted by fans does not infringe on the rights of third parties. We also do not compensate for any damages or disputes with third parties, including other fans, that may arise as a result of the use of such images or videos.
• * Gotcha Gotcha Games will not be answering any questions about these guidelines and permission to use videos or images of our titles.
• * These guidelines are subject to change and update. Please check the latest guidelines before posting. If your content does not meet the terms and conditions of the updated guidelines, we may delete any content posted before the guidelines were updated.
